CIF Gyms 1 and 2
Execs will be stationed inside the back storage room attached to the gyms in front of our cabinet:
On the left door - all member tags are organized on hooks
In front - large board used to organize tags of present members
This tag ID consists of a letter and a two digit number.
The hooks are arranged in a grid with letters (columns) and numbers (rows). Follow the grid system to find your tag based on your letter and the last digit of your number.
There are three sections on the board.
Every 13 minutes, we will setup the next games and call 'COURT CHANGE'.
Come to the board and check for your tag position.
If your tag is on:
Remember to take your tag off the board and back on its correct hook.
If you want to leave but have been assigned to a court next rotation, tell an exec to find a replacement.*
*You must play if assigned to a challenge court otherwise you will risk demotion (exceptions for valid reasons).
Food and drinks without re-sealable lids are not permitted inside the gym.
For your safety, proper shoes and attire are required while playing on court.
Jeans and flip-flops are examples of inappropriate attire.
Additionally, masks must be worn at all times when off the court and may be removed ONLY when playing. This is subject to change as public health situations develop. Please keep updated by following our Facebook page or by joining our Discord.
We enforce a session cap of up to 70 players.
Once we reach capacity, members will not be allowed to place their tags on the board. They will have to wait until another player leaves or try again at another session.
Note: we limit our sessions to prevent extremely long wait times between rotations.
Tags are for personal use and are non-transferrable.
For example, you may not tell your friend to use your tag while you're away for the weekend.
The tag you use at session must be yours and have your name written on it. Violation of this rule can result in a ban from playing at UWBC.
All members (level 2 and higher) are susceptible to challenge matches.
This system helps us regulate member levels and arrange fair games. Players must play challenge matches otherwise they will be demoted (exceptions for valid reasons).
We have no refund policy.
Memberships are also non-transferrable so please review all of our content before registering.
