We have 5 different levels from beginner (or entry level) to competitive.
Upon Registration you will be assigned a level:
New members will start at level 1*
Returning members will retain their previous levels
The colour of your tag represents your level
(colours will change term-to-term)
Able to keep a rally
Knows the rules
Ocassionally able to serve, drop, clear
Able to serve, drop, clear and smash
Knows the idea of proper footwork and movement on court
Understanding of doubles rotations and strategy
Able to do proper footwork
Good understanding of doubles rotations and strategy
Good footwork and form
Utilizes strategy to great effect
Consistent shots

Challenge System
An objective system to regulate levels throughout the term.
All promotions and demotions are based on number of games won
during a challenge match.
All members have a fair opportunity to request a challenge
and likewise, all members need to participate in other
player's challenge matches. See rules below.
Request a Challenge Match
Shortly after session begins, an exec will draw
three boxes labelled 'Challenge'. This is the queue
for challenge matches.
Just place your tag in the next available box or ask
an exec.
Go to the Challenge Court
When 'Court Change' is called, your tag is on the
challenge court (will be labelled on board), proceed
to the court.
You (challenger) will be placed in a match with 3
other members of the challenged level (non-challengers).
An exec will be present to review the rules and and
record results.
Rules
Members challenge to one level above their current level.
These matches are doubles format only.
Match consists of 3 games to 9 points (cap at 11 points for
deuce situations)
Each game is played with a different team combination
